FruitFirm® 1000
The FruitFirm® 1000 is a piece of industrial-grade fruit firmness detection equipment capable of reading both the size and firmness of specific fruits at a throughput of up to 40 units per minute. Originally designed to test cherry firmness and blueberry firmness, the FruitFirm® 1000 can be optimized for additional small fruit firmness testing upon request.
Elevate your fruit processing center with reliable data, robust industrial components, and low maintenance requirements provided by FruitFirm® 1000. With a built-in memory, the FruitFirm® 1000 is capable of collecting data internally or can be linked to wired and wireless networks to automatically upload acquired information to a separate server. The FruitFirm® 1000 is a self-contained device with a 7” touchscreen display where the data output can be manipulated to match the specific standards of your business.
Fabric Saturators
CVM Inc. fabric saturators are industrial-strength fabric impregnators designed and offered in an array of standard designs with custom projects available upon request. Our team specializes in designing fabric saturators for the Fiber Reinforced Plastic or Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) industries to enhance the surface strength, durability, or water resistance of existing materials.
While the displayed models are of a standard design and application, CVM Inc. can adjust or custom fabric saturators upon request. These units are either manual or air-powered, are capable of saturating up to 50 feet of material per minute at 80 PSI, and feature simple controls that allow for expert operation in no time. All fabric saturators offer fast, accurate saturation and are optimized for easy operation, maintenance, and simple clean-up. All Fabric Saturators are fabricated with the end use in mind and offer exceptional mobility around your facility or at remote job sites thanks to large, industrial-grade casters.
Clean Room Pass Throughs
A Clean Room Pass Through allows for the sterile transfer of parts or equipment in and out of a cleanroom. Featuring complete 304 Stainless Steel construction with polycarbonate doors Clean Room Pass Throughs are all made to order with custom sizes available upon request. Also known as a pass-through cabinet, CVM Inc. clean room pass throughs feature interlocking capabilities to reduce foot traffic, minimize product handling, and improve overall cleanliness and facility safety.
